To obtain a full-time position as a nurse practitioner in which I can provide comprehensive physical, educational and personal patient/family care while broadening my clinical knowledge and skills and participating in a team environment.
Independent practice in an Internal Medicine specialty, consisting of history and physicals, diagnosis and treatment, patient and family education, review and interpretation of patient testing (ECG/labs/imaging reports/etc...), management of Coumadin clinic, primary GYN care, Medent charting system, physician assistance, and other duties as needed.
Physician assistance, patient clinic management, history and physicals, patient education, in-office testing (including EKG, event monitor, 24 hour holter monitor, and ambulatory blood pressure monitor), patient care duties, prescription and testing phone calls, dictation and mailing, computer technical assistance, other duties as needed.
